How much time will the challenge take?
There’s short inspiring videos to watch each day, with checklists and easy steps that you’ll actually wanna do.
If you have excess pounds and you follow through with the content, you can expect to lose weight. You may be surprised at how easy it is to apply these key principles to your food, and how you can tailor it to your own preferences. It’s actually kind of shocking how easy it is to live from these principles long-term.

Will this take a ton of time in the kitchen?
Nope. We’re busy folks, and we spend very little time in the kitchen. We focus on quick switches and easy fixes.

Will there be a ginormous menu of complicated recipes?
Nope. We’re here to teach you secret factors for your health and nourishment.
